I'm not going to say that its easy to quit - I know from my daddy's experience that its not - but it can be done.  I get sick of people blaming tabacco companies for their addiction.  Where does personal responsibility come into play?

Chillin with ?uestlove from The Roots @ the House of Blues in New Orleans.

If you ever get the chance to see The Roots live in concert, DO  take that chance.  Their live show is one of the sickest I've ever seen.  So fun!!!  And they didn't stop playing...all night.  Someone was playing at all times.  I was right in front and it was amazing!!!  And I got to meet most of them, except Tuba Gooding Jr. (who looked like he was having the time of his LIFE...so much fun to watch) and Black Thought.  All of them were supernice!  Especially ?uestlove, who even made a little convo!  We also got pics w/ three of them.  So exciting!!!
